BEFORE THE SALE:

• Once a rabbit goes for sale, unless already reserved, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE for unreserved rabbits.

• I do not hold rabbits for free. DO NOT assume I'm saving a rabbit for you unless you have placed a 50% non-refundable deposit (I use Venmo) to RESERVED A RABBIT (more info below)

• Juniors can be reserved at 6 weeks of age

• If you fail to show up for your reserved rabbit consistently or cut contact, that 50% deposit with NOT be refunded.

• I DO NOT meet half way. Pickup only from the rabbitry or at a show I'm already attending

TRANSPORT:

• I do use transport IF it is within half an hour of the rabbitry and on a day that works for me. I will need to discuss this with YOU AND THE TRANSPORTER.

• I will not use big name transporters, most don't even feed and water over long trips

• You will pay for all the transport

PRICES:

• ​I have the right to change my prices as and when I find it fit without warning. 

• Prices are quality based. All quality judgements are subjective, these are my opinions but based on the standard of perfection. None of the young babies have been placed on the table. It’s hard to tell at such a young age, yet I can tell that some are going to be closer to the Standard of Perfection. All rabbits can be pets or broods, it’s up to you what you want to do with the rabbit. 

• My prices are constantly bending with the market but I will always be under the average since I have no reason to charge more unless cost to breed skyrockets so my prices will most always be between $100-$300 for anything that hasn't been shown. 

DURING SALES:

• All rabbits are healthy to the best of my knowledge when they are sold. Each rabbit has a physical before being considered "for sale" and when leaving the rabbitry.

• ​It is your job as a buyer to examine the rabbit before purchase. I can give my own opinion, but the decision is up to you.

• I will refuse service to someone who shows up to the rabbitry without prier communications with me.

AFTER SALE:

• ​We are not responsible for the rabbits actions after purchase.

• Please remember I handle the rabbits daily, NOT you. They will naturally be more comfortable with me and will take time to adjust to you.

• ​Once the rabbit leaves my care, I am not held responsible for their health.

WAITING LIST:

• The waiting list does not give you priority over others. It is a TOOL to give you information.

• You will get info on the rabbits for sale, genders, and basic prices all at 6 WEEKS OF AGE. No sooner unless it is speculation.

• Sexing rabbits before 6 weeks is often 80% success, thus info before this age will be rocky.

• If you are on the waiting list, this DOES NOT guarantee a rabbit for you. 

• It is YOUR JOB to contact me, let me know when you will come, and keep up with the info on the site. I will not take extra effort to reach out over and over to see if you are still interested. If you are, make sure I know.

• I tend to have more people than rabbits and there is a chance you won't get one depending on litter size. The list only gives you priority on information over new costumers from ads (which are released the day a rabbit is 8 weeks old), yet as stated in the Sales Policy, it is first come first serve. This list allows you to get information sooner and therefore you can schedule a time sooner, ect.

RESERVING:

• To reserve a rabbit, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be placed, I use Venmo. Please contact me and we can work out the details.

• Contact me before sending a deposit, people are complex and I need to know who has what and when the rabbit will be picked up, ect. 

• You can place a deposit on a rabbit at 6 weeks + of age or when stated on the Info card/picture

• Please email/text or submit a contact form with the rabbits name, Ear #, color, and, if not already available, date of availability. 

• Times I'm not free: Please remember ARBA shows are on Saturdays and I have a higher chance of being at a show. If the show location is closer to you, I will take the rabbit with me and can meet you there. I also am at church late Sunday mornings through the early evening and am available before 12 and after 4. The barn is usually closed Thursdays for cleaning. Feel free to ask me for my free times. 

PEDIGREES:

• All rabbits will come with a pedigree for free unless stated otherwise.

• All rabbits in my care are tattooed and leave tattooed, even rescues if it ensures the safety and identity of the animal.

• If the animal was bred by me the tattoo is part of my system and tells me everything I need to know about it, if you have a question a decent amount of time after purchase please give me the ear number.

• If anyone in the pedigree gets a reg # or G.C. #, leg, or other show related info, I will let you know and add it to the pedigree before sale or right after sale.

SEXING:

• All genders are correct to the best of my knowledge.

• I can't guarentee a sex 100% till a semi mature penis or a vent show, before then it's accurate but mistakes can still be made.

• NONE of my rabbits are fixed or will be spayed/neutered before sales unless stated otherwise. 

 

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

NO rabbit is considered sold until 100% of the price I CHOSE is paid. 

Do your research. I will refuse service to someone who clearly knows nothing about the animal or breed.

I have the RIGHT to refuse service to anyone.

Don't be pushy or try to bully or manipulate me, my demand is higher than your opinions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

If you are rude to me, you will not be getting any of my rabbits. If you disagree with me, find another breeder. If I don't have what you are looking for, like unshowable colors or extensions, I can recommend a breeder. I will not compromise my values.
